Our Custom Slate Service

We are now able to offer a bespoke slate cutting service for all of our slate hearths, enabling us to cut the hearths to specific sizes to fit your fireplace. Our slate cutting service is available on-site allowing us to oversee every part of the process and ensure the slate is cut to the highest quality. Slate is a popular choice for fireplace hearths and looks great in both period and modern homes.

How to Order Your Custom Slate

Once you have decided on the type of slate (Honed or Riven) you can email us the measurements you would like your slate cut to with reference to diagram A shown below. You will receive an email shortly afterwards with a quote. Alternatively you can call us to discuss your custom slate. Once you have agreed the sizes of the the slate with us and paid for your order, it will take approximately 7 days until your slate is ready for collection or delivery. Please note this turn around time may change during busy periods.
