Q: Can we visit the yard?
A: Our yard is open Monday to Friday 7.30am – 5pm. Saturday 8am -4pm. Please feel free to visit us during these hours.
Q: Is parking available?
A: Free parking is available.
Q: There is an item I like on the website, can you send more information?
A: Yes, send us an email of the item you like or give us a call and we will provide you with as much detail as possible.
Q: How often do you get new stock in?
A: We are continually seeking new, reclaimed and unusual items from around the globe. Our aim is to offer you something of interest and which you may find difficult to source elsewhere so keep an eye on our website and we will try our best to update the website as soon as new stock arrives.
Q: Can you deliver?
A: Yes, we have several options available. See our link to our delivery page for further information.
Q: How do I pay?
A: We accept all major credit and debit cards,bank transfers and cash. A VAT receipt will be provided for all transactions. (We do not take Amex)
Q: Can I bring my dog?
A: You are welcome to bring your dog, however we are situated on a busy road so therefore advise you to keep your pet on a lead.
Q: I have seen an item I would like to purchase but I am not ready for it to be delivered just yet, can you store it for me?
A: Provided the item has been paid in full we can offer a storage facility until you are ready for your item to be collected or delivered. There may be a small charge for this service.
Q: The item I want to purchase is heavy but I would like to take it with me, can you help to load it in my vehicle?
A: We are happy to load your item for you, please ask a member of staff at the time of purchase.
